Nocturne Guide Ltd ("Nocturne", "we") runs an independent manual for Claude, the AI assistant. This page walks through, in ordinary language, where the details you give us end up as you read, submit the contact form, or make for the sign-in.
The contact form delivers us the fields you fill: a name, an email, perhaps a phone number, and the message itself. When you sign in, we merely relay those credentials to your own account — the threads stored there belong to the provider, and none of them cross to us. In the background the servers keep a routine log: the network address a device arrives on, its type, and the list of pages it requested.
We keep that handful of items for three reasons and no others: to reply to you, to explain the assistant, and to fend off abuse of the site. None of it is ever sold, and nothing goes to your inbox that you did not request.
A small number of cookies remember how you like things and reveal which pages readers lean on. You can accept or refuse the optional ones from the banner, and clearing them out is a matter of one setting in your browser.
